2. Use My Orders

Cannot find the receipt? Sign in with your checkout email to recover your orders.

3. Re-unlock this browser

Paste the checkout email and license key into the unlock form.

Common causes of unlock failure

  • The email does not match the original checkout email.
  • The activation limit has been reached on the license key.
  • The license belongs to a different product or variant.
  • The license has expired or been disabled upstream.

Switching browsers or devices

To move your license to a different browser, use the logout button on the account page to free up your activation, then unlock again on the new browser.
